The President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, has issued a law establishing the Human Resources Authority of the emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The new law stipulates that the authority will be a corporate entity with full legal capacity and will report to the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.
