Retaj Real Estate portfolio contains 10 hotels inside and outside Qatar
Mohammed Bin Johar Al Mohammed, the managing director of Retaj Hotels, said on the sideline of Cityscape Qatar Exhibition 2015 that Retaj real estate portfolio contains 10 hotels inside and outside Qatar.
Retaj hotels are located in Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Comoros Islands. Also agreements were signed for constructing more hotels in UAE, Kuwait and Jordan.
Bin Gohar added that the real estate projects displayed by the government contributes in increasing the market attractiveness in Qatar and contributes also in diversifying national income sources.
About Retaj Bin Gohar said that the hotels were able to gain high occupancy rates from Khalji and Arabian families in addition to European families which ensures its excellence and advantage.
It’s worth mentioning that occupancy rates in Qatar varied between 75% and 80% in 2013 while it reached 90% in Retaj. Retaj Hotels success goes back to its consideration of offering the suitable environment of privacy for guests in addition to its prices reasonability.
