Blue water Island project located opposite to Jumeirah Beach Residence was accredited by Ruler of Dubai HH Mohammed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum in 2013 to be one of Marassi Holding projects in Dubai costing 6 billion dirhams.
Blue Water Island has many facilities to be one of the best touristic traction points in Dubai including Dubai Eye project which is the biggest rollercoaster in the world. Dubai Eye is established on international standards costing one billion dirhams.
