R Hotels opens a new branch in Ajman
A new 182-key branch of R Hotels, which is a hospitality management division, was announced to be established in Ajman at an investment value worth 150 million Dh, equivalent to 40.9 million dollars.
The hotel is expected to open during the first quarter of 2017 while construction works is expected to start within the third quarter of 2015.
R Hotels is the hospitality management division of the Ajman-based R Holding, the group owns many hotels in Ajman including Ramada Hotels and Suites Ajman, and Ramada Beach Hotel Ajman.
The managing director of R Hotels, Sumair Tarek, said that Ajman is a very attractive market for them. He added also that the project timing is perfect as it comes to accommodate the growing market in the Emirate.
It’s worth mentioning that number of hotel establishments in Ajman during the first quarter of 2015 reached 35 hotels compared to 30 hotels in the same period of the last year.
