Carlson Rezidor to open hotel in Iraq
Property in Arbil marks the hotel group’s first in country
Abu Dhabi: Carlson Rezidor, a Belgian hotel group, announced on Monday its first hotel in Iraq; the Radisson Blu Hotel, which is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in 2017.
The property in Iraq brings Rezidor Hotel Group’s presence to 81 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
The 260-room hotel in Arbil is in line with the hotel group’s strategy targeting sustainable growth with a specific focus on emerging markets.
