Innovation drives the dynamic F&B market

Mix in ambience and customer service and we get a recipe for what’s driving growth in a rapidly expanding F&B market where dining out and home delivery are influencing the evolution of food concepts.


KPMG estimates the number of F&B outlets in the UAE will increase to around 1,600 by 2019. Euromonitor International predicts the country’s F&B market will grow to $13.2 billion by 2018, from $11.3 billion in 2014.
