Christian Louboutin launches new shoe & bag collection for men
Renowned French shoe designer Christian Louboutin has unveiled his 2015 Spring/Summer men’s shoe and bag collection.
The SS15 shoe collection is meant to “shake off the cold,” with its embroidered tropical designs, while the bag collection is meant for today’s modern man, who carries more than just a wallet.
The shoe collection comprises of several shoe designs, from casual slippers to formal brogues.
The first creation is called “Education,” and is a classic brogue oxford shoe designed with colour-blocking. More casual is the “Gondolier,” a low-top sneaker also colour blocked with spring colours like yellow, green, and blue.
Next are the “Fres” and “Freggo,” clean silhouettes in smooth, dark leather.
But perhaps the most interesting are the pineapple embroidered slippers and espadrilles, as well as the rock ‘n roll-inspired “Chain Chill” loafers and “Riviero” brogues.
In addition, “Espoil” flats and “Peter” pouches are adorned with moustache motifs inspired by the No-shave Movember campaign.
As for the rest of the bag collection, it encompasses “Fredo,”a classic weekender, and “Aliosha” a printed backpack.
Christian Louboutin was established in 1992 and has 96 stores worldwide.
